2. Day of registration- Depending upon space, will be
available in the Auxiliary Gym at CK High School from 4 pm to 5 pm on Tuesday the
27th of May. Participants
that register at this time will not receive a camp shirt.

Goals:
1. New or Beginning Wrestlers- The goal for this camp with participants
at this level is to introduce them to the basics of wrestling. Participants
will leave the camp with an understanding of the 3 basic positions (top,
bottom, & neutral) of colligate/folkstyle wrestling, as well as, the
ability to perform basic wrestling techniques in all 3 positions .
2. Experienced Wrestlers- The goal of
this camp is to provide instruction that will create a well rounded wrestler.

State Champion, 2x All-American,
National- Greco & Freestyle Champion.

Central Kitsap High School Wrestlers will be camp
counselors.
All Camp
instruction is designed to motivate the novice wrestler and challenge the more
advanced wrestler. Wrestlers will
receive 6 hours of instruction.

of wrestling can lead to serious injury.
